We have reached the end of our website development for isessioner.com and we will be moving the site to a VPS server for testing and if needed, more development.

I just updated the new logo for eduonlineservices.com. The new logo design is much better than the previous one.

The notebook post searching feature has been tested and is working properly. We might have to tweek it here and there for visual purposes, but that will be determined by the users.

We are now adding the search feature for the notebook posts. Basically, the users are going to be able to look up posts by the admin, the moderators, the sessioners, and the students and those posts will be categorized by subjects.

We are adding a category capability to the notebook posts. By doing this, the users will be able to place their notebook posts in a subject category, which will make it easier for other users to find their public notebook posts. This capability will be eventually used as part of the notebook posts search.

The Tester Web application for taking online test is going to be used to compliment the Quizzer. The Quizzer will allow the users to create their own quizzes from the question banks, so they can practice what they are learning or the test they will take in the future. The idea for Tester is to enable the Sessioners to be able to create an online test for their users to take for grading.

The Tester is an online Web application for taking test. Its another one of those Web application that can facilitate learning for all students anywhere and anytime.

The public search is for non members to use and the private search is for members to use. The main differences between the two are that members can use the private search to contact a Sessioner through the Internal Messenger and view the entire contents of the Session View.

Recently, I tried to upgrade the CKEditor because the kcfinder, which is a file manager plugin for the CKEditor was not working. But, no matter what I did, the kcfinder was still not working. Eventually, I got a file manager to work with the CKEditor, so the problem has been resolved.

The CKEditor is an Open Source WYSIWYG online editor that is probably the best editor. It is a vital online tool that allows dreams to become reality.

One of the things I do periodically is to check the status of the iSessioner Tutoring, Learning and Collaboration Web Application to make sure everything is working properly. When I checked the Web application recently, I found that the WYSIWYG editor not working properly in the Board's application. The specific problem was that you couldn't safe the post you made. Once the problem was found, the problem was fixed.

The Board is a Web application that is very important, because it will be use by the students to create their own Digital Learning Notebook. The idea is for all students to have a place for all of their learning materials that would be available to them anytime and from anywhere. In addition, it would be a place where all of their assignments could be submitted to for grading.

I added another online tool, so we had to make some changes to the news scroll so it would work. It hasn't been an issue, but anytime I integrate something, it is the first thing I check to make sure iSessioner continues to operate without any glitches.

The news scroll is something the admin has control over. The purpose of the news scroll is to keep the members up-to-date on what's going on or to inform the public on those things related to iSessioner that would be useful to them.

Since I made the changes on how to create Sessions, I now have to change the public search and the private search. This will result in members being able to get better search results in a timely manner. This is exactly what I want to happen, because you don't want to waste anyone's time.

After testing the Internal Messenger, it became apparent it would need to be changed. Currently, each member is listed in the drop down menu they can choose from to send an Internal Message to. Obviously, this would be a problem if you have a lot of members listed in the drop down menu. A better way to do this would be to use a search feature. By using a search feature, you don't have to worry about a long list to choose from and you can find the person your looking for quicker. Coupled with the fact that you can send an Internal Message to two or more members is another advantage of changing the Internal Messenger.

At this time, the files used to create Sessions are being changed or more files are being added to make the creation of Session and easy thing to do. Sessions will enable the Sessioners to create any type of Session to meet the requests of all its members.

The Session process begines when the student registers for an iSessioner account. On that online form, the student will let the Sessioners know what they are requesting help for. Once the student has submitted their online registration form, they will next begin the process of selecting a Sessioner. When the student has selected the Sessioner, they will work together to create the Session. On the other hand, if the student cannot find what they are looking for, they can send an Internal Message to the admin to make a request for the Session to be created. The admin in turn will send the request out to all of the Sessioners to respond to.

Right now, I'm in the process of integrating the login, the logout and the admin for Quizzer into iSessioner. Quizzer will enable the users to create their own quizzes to take online when they want to. Its ideal for any user to use to prepare for quizzes or tests.

In the next few months, all of my attention will be directed toward completing iSessioner.com. Out of all of my projects I'm working on, it's the most important one. iSessioner.com is a Web site that will be a paradigm shift for public education.

Another change is that I added a donation button to the bottom of each Web page. Hopefully, there will be people who believe in what I'm doing and they will donate some money to the cause. As I always say, whatever amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated. EOS is a for profit business, so keep in mind your donation will not be tax deductible. There is a donation button on EOS (this site) too. The idea is to put them on all the Web sites, so no matter what Web site the person is on, they will have the means to make a donation.

The last thing I did was to add the AddThis buttons to the bottom of each Web page. AddThis is a free service that allows you to add a web page's link to a lot of social media outlets or email the link to whomever. I like this because its a way to get the word out about your Web site and AddThis has analytical tools available too for indepth user analyzing.
